History:
Doug is the IT Manager for Money Mailer Response Marketing in North Scottsdale. Doug started playing guitar at the age of 13. His first teacher was his father, Jim. In the beginning, Doug didn't take playing very seriously, as it was just a simple hobby (and a cool way to get chicks.)

At age 19 Doug started playing more seriously and eventually ended up playing in serveral bands including: Delusions of Bandhood, Foible and Bass Ackwards.

In May 2002, Doug (and former drummer Steve Nienstedt) decided that something was missing was from thier lives so they set out to form what is now No Rule Six. Doug is the last remaining original member of the band.
